Graduated in 1900 from Irving High School

Son of John J. and Mary "Minnie" (Coffeen) McLean.

Taught school, was assistant cashier at Peoples National Bank in Hillsboro, in

1911 became accountant for American Zinc, later. purchased Geo. W. Brown hardware

store in Hillsboro.

Built house on Jefferson St. in Hillsboro.

Served as city commissioner in 1912 when Henry C. Latham was Mayor.

Was a member of Presbyterian Church, Hillsboro Country Club and a Mason.

Frank & Mary were the parents of three sons .
